Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to accept your return.

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Once approved, we will provide instructions for completing the return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be returned in a resellable state

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping is free — no restocking fees or hidden charges.
  • For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, processing may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return once it has been delivered.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process. Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
